01 Introduction

02 Definitions

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

03 Acceptance of Terms

04 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the Platform for Real Money Play, you must:

05 Account Registration

5.1 To access Real Money Play features, Users must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete and current information, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number.

5.2 Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

5.3 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party under any circumstances.

5.4 You must notify 77f77 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 77f77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from failure to maintain credential security, subject to applicable consumer protection law.

5.5 The Platform reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to state reasons, subject to applicable anti-discrimination obligations.

06 Identity Verification (KYC)

6.1 77f77 is required under applicable law and operating policy to verify the identity and age of all Users before permitting Real Money Play or processing withdrawal requests. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer or KYC verification.

6.2 Documents that may be requested as part of KYC include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — for Pakistani users, this typically means a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid Pakistani passport. Both front and back scans of the CNIC are usually required.

08 Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing or any activity that violates applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities in, or otherwise tamper with Platform software;
• Using the Platform to facilitate transactions on behalf of any excluded, underage or third-party person;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud or payment fraud;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Platform support staff or other Users;

8.2 77f77 reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including cooperation with law enforcement authorities.

09 Deposits and Payments

9.1 Users may fund their Accounts using payment methods made available in the Platform's live cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods may include bank transfer, digital wallets and other options as listed by the operator. 10 Withdrawals

10.2 Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to method availability and operator policy.

11 Bonuses and Promotions

11.1 All bonus offers published on the Platform are subject to specific promotional terms in addition to these general Terms. By claiming any bonus, a User confirms acceptance of both these Terms and the specific bonus conditions.

11.1 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus carries a wagering or rollover requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). A User must place qualifying bets equal to the bonus amount multiplied by that figure before any withdrawal is permitted. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x requirement requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is established.

11.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While an active bonus is attached to a User's account, a maximum bet per wager applies — commonly set at a specific PKR amount stated in the bonus terms. Placing a bet that exceeds this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings, regardless of outcome.

11.3 Game Contribution

Not all game categories contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at the highest rate, while live dealer games, table games and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate (for example, 10–20%). 11.4 Bonus Expiry

11.5 Maximum Cash-Out

11.7 77f77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified after it has already been claimed by a User, the User will be given reasonable notice of the change.

12 Responsible Gambling

12.2 The following responsible gambling tools are available to registered Users:

13 Suspension and Termination

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;

• Initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute without prior contact with support;
• Account identified as belonging to a previously self-excluded or underage individual.

13.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawable real-money balances (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will generally be preserved and returned to the User through the original payment method following the conclusion of the investigation, unless the investigation establishes grounds for forfeiture.

13.3 Users may request account closure voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses at the time of closure will result in the forfeiture of those bonuses.

14 Intellectual Property

15.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77f77 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform, nor that any particular game outcome, odds display or balance figure will be free from technical errors.

16 Privacy and Data

17 Amendments to These Terms

17.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

18 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

18.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77f77 holds its applicable operating licence.

18.2 Users submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer law rights that may apply in the User's own jurisdiction of residence.

18.3 Pakistani users acknowledge that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani law may independently apply to their activities. These Terms do not override Pakistani domestic law, and the Platform makes no claim to be authorised by Pakistani governmental or regulatory bodies.
